Our Process

Onboarding Investors

It all begins with understanding you and your investment mandates. Understanding the key non-negotiables that you and your group are looking for. Defining an asset class, a certain performance standard, perhaps its a certain level of experience or AUM. For Private Equity investments perhaps its a certain Revenue or EBITDA that makes it worth looking at. Or a certain industry that fits the portfolio. Manufacturing, SaaS, Tech, Medical, Agriculture, Energy or Infrastructure. Whatever it is we can can make some introductions.

Account Manager Meetings.

We’ll look through our current opportunities and identify any potential fits. We’ll engage the appropriate account manager to gain a better understanding of prospective fits and make sure all the documentation is in order so that you can see a fuller picture.

Presenting.

Once we’ve established a potential fit, we’ll send you the appropriate deck and all other pertinent information that you requested. We’ll answer any questions and set up a conference call with the respective deal owner and start the lines of communication. We’ll be there every step of the way to ensure things move as seamlessly as possible and facilitate the flow of necessary documentation and communication.

The Account Manager.

Our deal flow team. The sole point of contact for deal owners and investors at the firm. Each account manager has their own sector/ industry. Whether it’s SaaS, energy and natural resources, real estate, retail, fintech or biotech. Each account manager has a rolodex of 20-30 investors in their space. They get to know them and their mandates intimately and almost exclusively from memory. This way when a deal gets presented we can ask a few key questions and know almost instantly if it’s a fit and who it’s a fit for. Working alongside you to pitch investors in the early stages and make sure your deal is getting the attention it deserves without mass marketing.
